How do I extend SAP MDG for FI Contract Account with Charges and Discounts?
Extend data model BP with entity types FKKCHGDIS, FKK_CD_VF, and FKK_CHGKY; add attribute FKK_DATET; create the HAS_CHG, QLF_DATEF, and QLF_CHGKY relationships; activate and adjust the staging area; generate structures; then build the FPM list UIBB and add it to the Contract Account page.

Extend MDG FI Contract Account by enhancing data model BP with the Charges and Discounts entities, then activate the model, generate the structures, and configure the FPM list UIBB on the Contract Account page. The final UI is a custom Charges and Discounts table for the assigned Business Partner.
Process flow
- Open MDGIMG and navigate to Master Data Governance → Central Governance → General Settings → Data Modeling → Edit Data Model.
- Select data model BP and open Entity Types.
- Create entity types FKKCHGDIS, FKK_CD_VF, and FKK_CHGKY.
- Add attribute FKK_DATET to FKKCHGDIS using data element CHGDISC_DATE_TO_KK and No Existence Check.
- Create relationships HAS_CHG, QLF_DATEF, and QLF_CHGKY with cardinality 1 : N.
- Activate the model and adjust the staging area of linked Change Requests.
- Generate the data model-specific structures for BP.
- Create FPM GUIBB configuration FPM_LIST_UIBB_ATS with config ID ZMDG_FICA_CHARGES_DISCOUNTS in SE80 with feeder CL_MDG_FICA_GUIBB_CHARGES_DISC, component MDGFKK, and object name FKKCHGDIS, then add it to the Contract Account page in NWBC.

NWBCSAP_MDGFICA_MENU → Search Contract Account → Configure Page
Add the Charges and Discounts UIBB to page ID MDG_FICA_PARTNER.

Maintain mandatory-field checks for FKK_CD_VF/DATE_FROM, FKK_CHGKY/CHGKEY, and FKK_DATET/DATE_TO.
