The standard MDG flow for profit center mass change starts in the Fiori app Manage Profit Center - Governance. The user searches for existing profit centers, selects multiple entries, uses Mass Change to open Refine Selection, updates the required fields in Define Values, and then executes the changes to create a change request with the configured mass-change request type.
Process flow
- Log in to the Fiori launchpad with the mass maintenance user ID and password.
- Open Manage Profit Center - Governance.
- Search for the required profit centers using the search criteria.
- Select multiple profit centers and click Mass Change.
- In Refine Selection, select or deselect the profit centers and click Next.
- In Define Values, update department and person responsible, or other available attributes.
- Review the replace values and click Execute Changes.
- Update the change request description if required and confirm with OK; the CR should reach Final check approved automatically.
