Process flow
- Open Manage Profit Center - Governance in the Fiori launchpad.
- Create with New, or search an existing profit center for change/copy.
- Maintain basic data, validity, person responsible, company-code assignments, hierarchy assignments, and any configured address/segment data.
- For copy, confirm the configured defaults in the popup and review the copied fields.
- For mass change, select multiple records, use Mass Change, refine the selection, define replacement values, and execute.
- Run Check and resolve validation messages.
- Submit the change request.
- Approver opens the CR from email or My Change Requests - Monitoring and approves it, or rejects/resubmits as needed per workflow design.
